Tribute to Noel James

“Noel sadly passed away aged 41, in June of 2005. The keen amateur photographer was an inspiration to many of the other members of the Dragon Arts Centre. He was kind, thoughtful and generous. He always saw the potential in other people around him but never realised his own. Noel had the natural born eye of the photographer; his work touching on many taboo subjects through his chosen medium of photography. He has left a hole that will never be filled; it was a pleasure to have met him, he has changed my life for the better. Nos Star sweet one."
