We employ a dedicated team of professional staff. Anyone joining our team will receive a high level of training and development opportunities.

Our Commitment to Training & Development

All Cyrenians staff receive regular training and some attend external training day release courses. Cyrenians encourages promotion from within, subject to ability. Many of our project Managers commenced with Cyrenians as Support Workers, through our unique training and development programme.

Cyrenians also provide external training with NVQ's, First Aid and Food Hygiene.
